Here is how the whole process works.

First we go over your flower order details , then we email you an invoice,

at first you may put down a deposit or you can pay the whole total .

Photos will be emailed or text messaged to you after EACH FLORAL ITEM is made

so that you may preview EVERY ITEM in your package.

Please email, call or text back letting us know if the florals are satisfactory or if they need changes.
We will make changes on your florals till we meet your expectations . *
After we have completed your order it will need to be paid in full before shipping.

 

PAY BY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD

 

We accept  all major credit or debit cards over the phone at The flower shop .
We can process your credit or debit card over the phone through the flower shop credit card machine .

PAY BY CHECK      

  Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax .

As form of payment we accept personal and cashier's checks or credit card.

Checks should be made out to A One of a Kind Creation Florist

and mailed to 20143 Telegraph rd. Brownstown , Mi 48174

( Please allow 3 weeks for checks to clear )

SHIPPING INFO

 

When your order is shipped out , you will receive the date your package will arrive and a tracking or confirmation number.
we ship orders using the U.S. post office  2 OR 3 DAY priority mail with delivery confirm,

when you receive your emailed invoice ( before payment is made) you will get  your actual shipping costs.

(Before we ship, your order must be paid in full) .

RETURNS / REFUNDS

  Return shipping cost is customers  responsibility.  Returns must be made with in a week ( 5 TO 7 DAYS ) of receiving product

No refunds can be made on products after your occasion/event takes place.

If you are ordering many items that are the same or similar we will ship one of them to you first ,

if you do not like THE FIRST ONE or are unhappy with it for any reason you can return it for full refund .

YOUR APPROVAL PROCESS

You will have pictures of your ACTUAL custom made florals emailed or text to you to preview and approve of before shipping . 

* If you are not satisfied with the item , we will make changes and email more pictures of the item/s with changes made till we meet your expectations.

 * A One of a Kind Creation Florist holds the right to stop making changes to a floral item if we

feel it is not within reason or if it is becoming a time constraint issue.
